Ushak (tour. Uşak) is a city in Turkey, the administrative center of the silt of the same name.
The city of Usak is located in the western part of Turkey, in the Aegean region, in Anatolia. To the north of Usak is the city of Kutahya, to the east - Afyon, to the south - Denizli and to the west - Manisa. Usak is located in a mountainous area; just to the west of the city is the Gediz Valley, stretching to the Aegean Sea. The surrounding mountains reach a height of 1500-2000 meters and above. The city itself lies at an altitude of 907 m above sea level. Nearby are the ruins of the ancient Greek city of Flaviopolis.
